!) I'm losing weight the healthy way i'm pretty damn determined! :) i started this January 2011 ;


age- 20
height - 5'7
SW- 180
GW1-170 (completed)
GW2-160 (completed)
GW3-150 (completed)
ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT- 140


Since January i've already reached my third goal weight. i went from 180 to 149! i feel so close but so far. i just want to be healthy and stay that way forever :) so heres to hard work and determination!
